The Event Sales Executive…
is responsible for driving event sales and contributing to business growth and development. As the initial point of contact for clients, you will guide them through menu planning, event design, and contract finalization. Business development involves expanding our network of venues, fostering client loyalty, and acquiring new clientele.
Requirements :
- Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
- Communicate well : write professional and efficient emails to co-workers, clients, vendors; effectively present information one-on-one and in small groups; have a strong command of the English language, in both written and verbal form
- At least 2 years’ experience in catering and event SALES or related fields (eg, fine dining, winery, hotel & spa)
- Demonstrated solid food knowledge and understanding of seasonality
- Understand trends in food, design, décor
- Excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Mac-based computer software (Word, Excel, Google Docs)
- Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
- You must have a reliable means of transportation.
- Have a flexible schedule that will accommodate some evening and weekend work
