About the Company:
The Human Resource Generalist will play an integral role in all the daily and strategic functions of the Human Resources department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, enforcing company policies and practices, and corporate initiatives. The HR Generalist receives specific direction from the VP of HR, helps to develop HR work plans on both a short- and long-term basis, and resolves most problems with Department Managers and Supervisors.
The background we are hoping to find:
Human Resources experience in Manufacturing required.
Educational: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
Minimum 3 years HR experience as an HR Generalist and experience in manufacturing with overall minimum HR experience of 5years.
SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.
Experience with HRIS systems, Payroll Systems and ERP. Paycom experience preferred.
Travel: ability to travel 25% locally amongst manufacturing sites.
