The Salesforce Business Analyst requires the capabilities to be both detail-oriented and strategic. As an important member of the team, the Salesforce Business Analyst is instrumental in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and implementing Salesforce solutions to enhance our operational efficiency and service delivery. This role requires expertise in Business Analytics and Salesforce functionality, ensuring that the Salesforce platform aligns with the business objectives, driving growth and maintaining the organizations leadership in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Process Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate existing business processes
- Identify areas for improvement
- Design Salesforce-based solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Requirement Gathering
- Lead workshops and meetings to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals and Salesforce capabilities
- Salesforce Configuration
- Customize and configure Salesforce features, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and dashboards to meet business needs
- User Training and Support
- Develop training materials
- Conduct user training sessions to promote effective use of Salesforce
- Provide ongoing support to address user issues and enhance system adoption
- Data Management
- Ensure data integrity by performing regular data audits
- Routine data cleansing
- Implement best practices for data management within Salesforce
- Project Management
- Manage Salesforce-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Stakeholder Communication
- Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements and expectations
- Primary Liaison with Salesforce Development Team
- Serve as the primary bridge between business users and the external Salesforce.com development team
- Ensure all business needs are accurately conveyed to developers
- Track progress and ensure timely resolution of issues and successful completion of projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with data management and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
