The Role
As a Client Success Manager, you'll lead our high-profile accounts and serve as the strategic backbone of our client relationships. You'll partner with our Client Services team to develop integrated marketing and communication strategies while managing a portfolio worth $1.4 million in contract revenue. This role reports to the Director of Client Success and plays a crucial part in agency growth and client satisfaction.
