Job Description
The Red Gate Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Media / Video Technician Level II to provide premier audio-visual (AV) and video conferencing support for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition & Sustainment (OUSD (A&S)). This role is critical in ensuring seamless AV operations, technical support, and conference room management for senior DoD leadership.
If you have a strong background in video conference systems, AV technology, and executive-level technical support within the Department of Defense (DoD), this is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-profile, fast-paced environment that supports key national defense initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert AV and video conferencing support for the USD(A&S) Executive Conference Room / Facility .
- Oversee AV equipment maintenance, setup, takedown, troubleshooting, and occasional live operations .
- Manage scheduling, task management, and planning to ensure seamless execution of senior leadership conference schedules.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assessing client needs and providing real-time technical solutions .
- Collaborate with DoD and other federal agencies to ensure compliance with security protocols for AV operations.
- Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports, schedules, and technical documentation.
- Support multi-tasking across multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of performance under pressure.
