RED is searching for a OCM WAVE Trainer for a 45 week hybrid contract for one of our biggest global clients!

Key Responsibilities
Must have experience / skills
Collaborate with the OCM Wave Lead to create the local deployment training approach and plan
Guide Wave Training Managers and Coordinators on timelines and
training deliverables
Coordinate with Global Training, Local Training, and authorization teams for successful role mapping and training need analysis
Ensure readiness of local training documents and manage end user training schedules and logistics in collaboration with OCM and global counterparts
Report on training deliverables status, training attendance, risks, and mitigation plans to the local leadership team
Develop effective learning solutions that meet program timelines and end user needs, aligning with the defined learning and capability building strategy
8 years of experience in developing and administering training programs and curricula
Expertise in SAP S4 HANA project training implementation
Hands-on experience with training delivery methods, learning academy setups, and implementing training approaches
Knowledge of adult / corporate learning, coaching, mentoring, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Experience in project management within an agile setting
High-level knowledge of security authorization
