RED is looking for an SD/CS Consultant for a 1 week contract with extensions with one of our biggest global clients! 2 days onsite - Bethlehem, PA/1 week (with extensions)
Project Summary
• “Pre-Study” (Assessment) project for customer in Bethlehem, PA
• Customer is currently on ECC 6.0 and committed to migrating to S/4 in 2026 via a Brownfield Conversion -> prior Brownfield experience is strongly preferred
• The Pre-Study will focus on performing a high-level assessment of their current Customer Service processes, providing them S/4 Awareness of CS Brownfield “Must-Do’s”, and providing recommendations for CS processes when moving to S/4. On-Site workshops in Bethlehem, PA are expected (~2 days in total)
• A successful Pre-Study project will lead for cbs to be the partner for the Brownfield project (~12-14 months) in late 2025-late 2026
• Some information regarding customer’s Customer Service current state:
o Customized process called “RAS”
o Begins with a Service Order à example would be service required for parts returned from customer. States what customer says is wrong and how they want it resolved
o Impacts Quality Management and Production Planning
o Process begins via a Quality Notifications
• Duration: Whole project is expected to take place between April 25 – June 30. Only ~4 Person Days of effort is expected.
