Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Host, Busser, and Food Runner to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that guests are cared for during all aspects of their dining experience. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests accordiong to their reservation or available seating.

- Ensure that tables are clean and set properly; that menus and condiments are clean

- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders before delivering them

- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth food delivery process

- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area

- Communicate effectively with customers, providing exceptional customer service

- Handle food carefully and follow proper food handling procedures

- Assist in basic kitchen tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety guidelines

- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
