We are hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our electrical panel shop. This role will also supervise a team of technicians in the fabrication, assembly, and testing of electrical panels.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of technicians in the assembly of electrical control panels, distribution panels, and field service.

Organize, review, and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide the assembly process.

Allocate work to team members.

Oversee and participate in panel fabrication, wiring, and installation per specifications and drawings.

Inspect completed panels to ensure they meet customer specifications and regulatory standards.

Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, supporting skill development, growth, and safety.

Coordinate with project managers and departments to ensure on-time electrical panel delivery and provide regular or as-needed updates to the Production Manager.

Manage material inventory, placing orders to prevent shortages and meet project timelines.

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or mechanical issues during panel assembly and testing.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of 5 years working in an Electrical Panel Shop or related industry experience.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, wiring, and panel designs.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.

Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Valid driver's license is required.

Ability to partner with clients, vendors, and other team members to deliver projects

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and priorities.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
