DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs a variety of carpentry duties as needed.
• Performs a variety of general carpentry-related repairs as needed.
• Performs a variety of general construction projects and installations as needed.
• Performs a variety of Upholstery projects as needed.
• Performs a variety of Painting projects and Maintenance as needed.
• Maintains an adequate supply of all materials, supplies and equipment necessary for the efficient completion of job responsibilities.
• Repairs and/or replaces hardware as needed.
• Assist other departments when needed.
• Team Member will be assessed on Carpentry skills to ensure growth of knowledge on the above tasks on a regular basis.
• Adheres to Company, Departmental and safety policies and procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Maintains superior communication via email and pass downs to entire department.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Some general construction experience preferred. carpentry/cabinet building experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents required.
• Must be able to regularly climb and work from a 12 foot or taller ladder and/or scissor lift.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
