The Project Manager ensures that every project is executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, directly supporting our mission to deliver top-tier fire protection services. This role is essential in coordinating the efforts of our design, field, and shop teams to create seamless project experiences for our clients. Key Responsibilities (High-Level): 

  1. Project Planning & Scheduling
  • Review contracts, develop comprehensive project plans, and allocate resources to ensure projects are executed efficiently. 
  • Analyze, track, forecast, and report on project metrics to keep stakeholders informed of progress and any potential issues. 
  1. Budget & Financial Management
  • Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Oversee monthly billing and cost-to-complete reporting, ensuring financial accuracy and alignment with project goals. 
  1. Risk Assessment & Mitigation
  • Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies, implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on track. 
  • Continuously monitor risk factors and adjust plans as necessary to minimize project impacts. 
  1. Team Leadership & Coordination
  • Lead and motivate project teams, including internal staff and subcontractors, to meet project milestones and achieve overall project success. 
  • Act as the primary liaison among the design, field, and shop teams, coordinating each project phase's required materials and resources. 
  1. Trades & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Engage with internal and external clients to understand project needs and promptly coordinate solutions, ensuring open lines of communication. 
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, general contractors, and other trades to meet project requirements and deadlines. 
  1. Quality Control & Compliance
  • Implement quality control measures throughout the project to ensure systems are installed and tested according to industry standards and codes. 
  • Manage permitting and inspections, coordinating with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) and general contractors to ensure compliance. 
  1. Customer Relations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and keeping clients informed throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Address client questions and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

  • Complete projects within the established timelines and budget, consistently meeting or exceeding client expectations and company standards. 
  • Risk Mitigation & Problem Solving
  • Minimize project risks by proactively identifying potential issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies, and maintaining flexibility to adjust plans as needed. 
  • Effective Communication & Coordination
  • To ensure a unified approach to each project, maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, including team members, subcontractors, and clients. 
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance
  • Ensure all fire protection systems meet industry standards and regulations and that every project undergoes thorough inspections and quality checks before completion. 
  • Client Satisfaction & Relationship Building
  • Provide high customer service, building strong client relationships that result in repeat business and positive client referrals. 


Salary : $85,000 - $120,000
