Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in members and guests at the pool entrance.
- Verify memberships and collect guest fees as needed.
- Provide information about pool rules, hours, and events.
- Manage facility to prevent nonmembers from entering.
- Answer phones, provide membership information as requested, and sign up new members.
- Maintain cleanliness of facility according to established daily maintenance procedures.
- Maintain understanding of operating procedures for pool and fitness equipment.
- Complete checklist for opening, closing, and daily procedures.
- Works the POS system to sell snacks and food to members.
- Communicate with lifeguards and pool staff to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.
Education/Experience:
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills.
- Some customer service experience helpful.
Certificates/Licenses:
- CPR and First Aid Certification a plus
