• Adheres to production schedules, work flow, and demands of the pastry shop.
• Adheres to all specs in all recipes and food apportionment.
• Maintains excellent kitchen hygiene conditions at all times.
• Has knowledge of all state health department regulations and ensures all conditions and standards are met.
• Assists in preparation, apportionment, and garnishment of basic baked goods, desserts, and confections.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
