We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services and a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, ensuring that all areas are thoroughly cleaned and organized to meet our high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain quality standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team.
• Manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
