What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at Red Hook Cajun Seafood & Bar Southaven?
Busser Job Description:
- Tables are number one priority. Always be aware of dirty tables and get them buss asap.
- Always be consistent in your cleaning and make sure every tables.
- Santitize all of table, booth, and chairs and spot sweep.
- Start with silverware before just grabbing everything off the table.
- Watch out for all crackers and zippers. Return to server assigned to that table.
- CASH and CREDIT CARD SLIPS, please make sure you do not touch any money on the tables. Notify that server or the manager on duty to pick it up before bussing the table.
- Always keep buss area clean and trash taken out as needed.
- Keep the replacement paper for tables cut and stocked up.
- Check bathrooms often. Keep stocked and clean.
- Bar glasses need to go back to the bar area. Beer mugs can go through the dish area.
- Keep parking lot clean.
- Always remember to clock in and out.
- Always be a team player!!!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
