This job contributes to RHLP’s success by assisting the manager in executing restaurant operations during scheduled shifts. This job deploys employees and delegates’ tasks so that employees can create and maintain the RHLP experience for our customers. Create a memorable experience for each and every customer. Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Discovers and responds to customer needs. Executes restaurant operations during scheduled shifts. Inc. leadership and controlling labor %. Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. Provides quality food for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products. (FIFO, expiration dates, temps)
2-3 years managing a team of 10-12 people, TIPS certified, NYC Department of Health certificate, ability to lift 50lbs
