- Organize and stock the areas around the register to ensure a well-kept store.
- Address customer concerns or issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transactions.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to recommend products and help customers find items.
- Previous experience in retail or sales
