- Collaborate with executive chef and management to develop menus, catering options, and special event offerings.
- Monitor inventory, manage food costs, and optimize purchasing to maximize profitability.
- Inspire creativity in the kitchen while maintaining consistency and quality in all dishes.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of food service operations, cooking techniques, and culinary trends.
