Red Horse Market is looking for dedicated Stock Associates to join our team! As a Stock Associate, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the presentation and organization of our store while delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities:
- Ensure the freshness and quality of all products.
- Load and unload deliveries, set up and break down pallets.
- Replenish stock across all areas of the store efficiently and accurately.
- Provide top-tier customer service, assist guests with inquiries, and promote sales.
- Conduct inventory checks and restock items as needed.
- Maintain Red Horse Market’s presentation standards for a clean and organized shopping environment.
- Perform seasonal exterior maintenance, including shoveling snow and salting entrances as needed.
- Follow store opening and closing procedures.
- Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure accuracy and product quality.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, stooping, and climbing stairs.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to take on additional store maintenance responsibilities as needed.
