Red Horse Market is hiring a Store Manager to oversee and lead daily Grocery Store Operations. As the Store Manager, you will work closely with the CEO, department leads, and team members to ensure smooth store operations and an exceptional shopping experience for customers; including: managing inventory and vendor relationships, enhancing the customer experience by leading and mentoring staff, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and advising on merchandising and promotions. You will work alongside the team on the sales floor to deliver excellent service and ensure operational success.
45% Inventory and Vendor Relations:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to operational standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular price audits, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability and quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Advise on product displays, promotions, and in-store marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze financial reports, including sales, labor, and shrinkage metrics.
40% Staff Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage in-store staff to foster a collaborative and motivated team environment
- Uhold cleanliness, organization, safety, and customer experience standards
- Schedule shifts, assign duties, and ensure proper coverage during operating hours.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for staff development.
15% Customer Experience:
- Personally deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and helpful shopping environment.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
