We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Culinary Team Associate to join our dynamic team at Red Jacket Resorts. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
Responsibilities- Under the supervision of our Chefs, you will execute cooking tasks with precision and attention to detail, including reading food slips and preparing dishes according to recipes and instructions.
- You will ensure compliance with hotel, city, county, and state fire, food safety, and sanitation regulations and standards.
- Assist other departments as needed and maintain positive working relationships throughout the resort.
