What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Room Attendant position at Red Jacket Resorts?
Responsibilities entail cleaning and maintaining all areas of hotel guest rooms and public areas including;
- Ensuring guest rooms are clean, tidy and inviting for guests
- Making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting furniture, sweeping floors and vacuuming carpets
- Restocking and replacing toiletries, towels and other amenities
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Performing general cleaning of all surfaces in the resort
Knowledge of and experience in cleaning and sanitizing rooms to varying levels to meet requirements and willingness to learn new cleaning methods and how to use various pieces of equipment, ability to adapt to different situations and change work processes to accommodate the needs of residents.
