Due to a recent expansion, our client is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Center of the Plate sales professional in the Chicago market. This company offers a wide variety of protein products across b eef, pork, lamb, veal and poultry and targets the top 20% of the foodservice industry. Customers include white table restaurants, high-end steakhouses, country clubs, cruise lines, casinos, regional multi-unit chains, independents hotels, nursing homes, etc.
