You’ll work alongside our Community Landscape Supervisor to maintain, clean, and improve landscaped areas, ensuring the community looks its best all season long. If you enjoy physical work, being outside, and working as part of a team, this is the perfect opportunity!

We’re looking for Landscape Crew Members to help keep our community looking beautiful! If you love working outdoors, enjoy physical work, and take pride in a job well done, this is a great opportunity. You’ll help with planting, weeding, irrigation, and general landscape upkeep. No experience? No problem—we’ll train you! If you’re hardworking, dependable, and ready to be part of a great team, we’d love to have you!”

What You’ll Do
- Landscape & Grounds Maintenance – Weed, prune, trim, plant, and clean up common areas.
- Irrigation Assistance – Help adjust sprinklers, monitor watering schedules, and assist in minor repairs.
- Project Work – Assist with mulching, planting, and seasonal landscape upgrades. General Outdoor Care – Pick up debris, remove weeds, and maintain trails and common areas.
- Equipment Use – Work with lawnmowers, blowers, trimmers, and hand tools.
- Follow Directions & Work as a Team – Support the Supervisor to complete tasks efficiently.
- Hardworking & Dependable – Show up on time, ready to work.
- Physically Capable – Must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend, walk, and work in all weather conditions.
- Experience in Landscaping (Preferred, but Not Required) – We’re happy to train the right person!
- Team Player – You’ll be working with others to get the job done right.
- Takes Pride in Their Work – We need someone who cares about doing a great job.
