About the Role:
We are seeking a driven, consistent, and highly organized Lead Engagement Virtual Assistant to join our team. Your primary role will be to engage with potential real estate clients and referral partners through Facebook groups, pages, and direct outreach, moving leads toward booking calls and securing referrals.
You don’t need advanced experience—just the ability to communicate well, learn quickly, and consistently perform outreach tasks. You’ll be rewarded based on the number of qualified leads you secure and your ability to generate meaningful engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Engage daily in pre-approved Facebook groups, pages, and communities.
- Comment, reply, and DM potential leads, focusing on:
- Buyers, sellers, investors, PCS-moving military families.
- Individuals needing real estate services in Oklahoma or Maryland.
- Move conversations toward booking calls via provided Google Calendar link.
- Pre-vet leads using provided qualifying questions (timeline, PCS status, VA loan eligibility).
- Update information on booked leads and referrals in CRM.
- Identify and log at least 2 referral opportunities monthly (clients moving to other bases/locations).
- Track daily engagement actions and submit weekly performance reports (calls booked, referrals identified, engagement numbers).
Performance Benchmarks:
- Qualified Leads Booked: Minimum 20 qualified leads per month scheduled through Google Calendar.
- Referral Opportunities Identified: Minimum 2** outgoing referrals per month.**
- Engagement Activity: Minimum 200 meaningful engagements/comments/DMs per month.
- Follower Growth Contribution: Collaborate with team to contribute to overall follower growth.
- CRM Reporting: All lead and referral data logged daily in monday.com.
Compensation Structure:
Base Monthly Pay: $500/month
Performance Bonuses: $50 Bonus: Book **30 **qualified leads per month. $100 Bonus: Book 50 qualified leads per month. $50 Bonus per Referral Fee: Earned when a referral leads to a closed referral fee. $150 Bonus: All daily engagement and lead tracking completed without missed days high-quality conversations documented.
Quarterly Loyalty Bonus:$300 bonus every 3 months for consistent benchmark achievement and zero missed reporting days.
Total Monthly Potential: $500 base scalable bonuses tied to booked calls, referrals, and consistency = higher earning potential as performance improves.
Long-Term Growth Incentives:
- Pay increase eligibility every 6 months based on meeting higher lead generation benchmarks.
- Bonuses increase as business growth accelerates.
Qualifications:
- Basic experience in social media engagement, customer service, or lead generation.
- Willingness to learn, improve, and consistently perform outreach.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram.
- Experience using CRM/project management tools (monday.com preferred but not required).
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and self-driven.
