About Red Letter’s A/V Department:
Red Letter is a complete audiovisual and events integrator, focused on delivering the right solution that is customized for our client’s location and live events.
What we are looking for:
A complete guru in the audiovisual and live events industry. A person that is passionate about A/V technology, able to listen to the needs of the client, and create a great solution to meet those needs. Detail oriented is a must, as this person will be working with the Red Letter team along with direct interaction with our clients from design to completion.
What you will be doing:
- A/V & Events Designs: Working directly with the sales team to design both A/V solutions for their facilities and live events of all sizes.
- Creating Estimates: Evaluating project requirements, equipment needed, and labor costs to create accurate estimates and scope of work that will be presented in formal proposals to the end client by the Business Development Team.
- Live Event Support: Provide complete live event support from setup to tear down. Make sure all A/V and livestreaming equipment is tuned and running optimally.
- Site visits with sales team: On larger projects you will be asked to go on a site visit with the sales team to evaluate the location and collect relevant information for the design, scope of work, and estimating process.
- Assisting sales team with presentations: If the size of the project warrants it, you will be asked to attend the proposal meetings to answer technical questions regarding the proposed A/V system or event support.
- Building Client Relationships: Develop relationships built on trust by taking care of the client to a fault…every time.
- Conduct Client Trainings: Meeting on-site with the clients to provide training on the operation of their new A/V system.
- Continual Growth: Always expanding your knowledge and skill set in A/V and events related hardware and software. Willing to attend industry training and certification events and trade shows.
Compensation:
Salary based on experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
