Job Description: As a Sales Account Executive, you'll be at the forefront of generating leads and driving Red Level’s sales process. This role involves networking through various channels to identify potential clients in need of premier IT and cyber security services. We're seeking someone who is outgoing, personable, and highly motivated, with a strong belief in our products and a passion for delivering quality solutions to our community partners. This role is for you if you love building relationships with clients to make them successful, which means you are focused, dedicated and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
As a Sales Account Executive the Sales team at Red Level, you will…
- Develop new business through networking, cold calling, and social media platforms.
- Arrange and conduct business meetings, ensuring diligent follow-up on leads.
- Understand clients' specific business needs and apply comprehensive product and service knowledge to address those needs.
- Familiarize yourself with industry sectors such as accounting, medical, retail, and education.
- Prepare and deliver compelling customer presentations with confidence and clarity.
- Provide exceptional support to clients, offering clear advice and effective solutions.
- Attend industry events to expand your professional network and stay updated on industry trends.
- Stay abreast of constantly evolving software, hardware systems, and peripherals.
- Develop effective sales plans utilizing proven sales methodologies.
- Maintain high-level technical knowledge of core Red Level solutions and future service direction.
- Manage and own contending requests across multiple client engagements.
To be eligible for the position, you need to meet the following minimum requirements:
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to maintain client relations.
- Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of success in cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals and benchmarks.
- Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience preferred.
- At least 2 years in the technology sales vertical preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Basic understanding of the IT industry.
- Relationship Building: Requires the ability to effectively build and maintain friendly, warm relationships or networks of contacts with clients/clients.

Compensation: The Sales Account Executive has an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of over $100,000. The base salary is $60,000 per year with a lucrative residual commission plan extending up to 3 years.
