The Front Desk Agent must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to stay positive even when faced with challenging situations. - Monitor the maintain knowledge of operations and activities
- Take reservations and answer questions via phone, email, and in-person
- Build rapport with guests and identify their needs through friendly conversation and open-ended questions
- Describe the features and amenities of guest rooms
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
- Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
