Powder Technician/Utility Extraordinaire Wanted!
Do you have a knack for mixing things up (literally) and keeping operations running smoothly? Are you ready to take on a role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to shine? We’re looking for a Powder Technician/Utility to join our team and help keep the magic of production alive!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operate equipment to mix powder resin jobs and create perfectly blended materials like a true pro.
- Ensure the team has all the materials they need to rock their production goals.
- Stage molds and materials like a boss for the next 24 hours of production.
- Step in wherever needed – from molding machines to trimming and beyond.
- Spot and report any defective materials or questionable conditions – your keen eye is key!
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe by following 5-S principles.
Physical Demands:
- You’ll be standing and walking a lot, with some stooping, bending, and reaching involved
- Must be able to lift between 15-40 lbs
- Ability to wear protective gear and work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and moving parts
