Operates rotational molding machine to meet or exceed plant metrics related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale/Inventory
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations
- Safely works at a pace that meets company expectations e.g., parts per hour or minutes per part as quoted to customer.

Able to work independently, be a self-starter, and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and able to retain and follow detailed work instructions. - Able to detect and communicate molding defects efficiently and effectively
- Shows moral courage, integrity, openness, and honesty in all dealings
- Able to perform simple math and measurements
- Able to create and maintain accurate production records and meet production expectations
- Able to effectively communicate critical information and production needs to supervision and co-workers
- This is position has physical demands:
- This position is required to constantly stand and walk
- It is necessary for this position to frequently climb stairs throughout the day
- Frequent stooping, bending, squatting, crouching, or reaching above the shoulders may be required
- Frequent use of hands and wrists on both large and small items: e.g., screws, bolts, nuts to service the molds
- Able to focus and work at a continuous pace for extended periods of time
- 15 to 25 lbs. frequent lifting and 20 to 40 lbs occasionally
- Manual dexterity is required to perform normal day to day functions
- Must always demonstrate patience to successfully work through frustrating challenges and present oneself in a calm professional manner
- Environment can be very hot
