WE HAVE OPENINGS ON 1st / 2nd / 3rd SHIFT FOR MACHINE OPERATOR, TRIMMING, ADVANCED SECONDARY, POWDER UTILITY AND MORE!

What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator (starting at $17.50 / hr) : ⚙ ️

You’ll operate our rotational molding machines under the guidance of our awesome leadership team to create high-quality plastic parts that meet our standards. Some of your daily tasks will include :

Running and maintaining molding machines to include material filling, deburring, molding, and all bench operations

Checking parts for quality and making sure they meet our high standards

Performing regular machine maintenance (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)

What You’ll Do as an Advanced Secondary (starting at $16.50 / hr) : ???? ️

If you enjoy working with power tools, have an eye for detail, and love being part of a production team, this role is perfect for you.

Operate routers, flame torches, power drills, band saws, and drill presses to craft finished products that meet customer and quality standards.

Detect and report any defects or issues, ensuring only top-quality parts move forward.

Keep accurate records of finished parts and ensure they’re moved to the correct locations.

Work efficiently to hit parts-per-hour goals while following customer specifications.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Trimmer (starting at $15.50 / hr) : ✂️

You’ll play a key role in perfecting each product we create. You’ll be the final gatekeeper for quality, inspecting and refining plastic parts to meet our top-tier standards. With a keen eye and steady hand, you’ll trim, flame, and deburr molded parts, helping us maintain the level of excellence our customers expect.

Review plastic parts right after they’re molded, ensuring they’re up to our standards.

Use hand tools and power equipment to refine parts for a flawless finish.

Identify and pull out any parts that don’t meet quality specs—your eye for detail is everything!

Physical Demands :

You’ll be standing and walking a lot, with some stooping, bending, and reaching involved

Must be able to lift between 15-40 lbs

Ability to wear protective gear and work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and moving parts
