️What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator (starting at $17.50/hr): ️

You’ll operate our rotational molding machines under the guidance of our awesome leadership team to create high-quality plastic parts that meet our standards. Some of your daily tasks will include:

• Running and maintaining molding machines to include material filling, deburring, molding, and all bench operations
• Checking parts for quality and making sure they meet our high standards
• Performing regular machine maintenance (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)

️What You’ll Do as an Advanced Secondary (starting at $16.50/hr): ️

If you enjoy working with power tools, have an eye for detail, and love being part of a production team, this role is perfect for you.

• Operate routers, flame torches, power drills, band saws, and drill presses to craft finished products that meet customer and quality standards.
• Detect and report any defects or issues, ensuring only top-quality parts move forward.
• Keep accurate records of finished parts and ensure they’re moved to the correct locations.
• Work efficiently to hit parts-per-hour goals while following customer specifications.

✂️What You’ll Be Doing as a Trimmer (starting at $15.50/hr): ✂️

You’ll play a key role in perfecting each product we create. You’ll be the final gatekeeper for quality, inspecting and refining plastic parts to meet our top-tier standards. With a keen eye and steady hand, you’ll trim, flame, and deburr molded parts, helping us maintain the level of excellence our customers expect.

• Review plastic parts right after they’re molded, ensuring they’re up to our standards.
• Use hand tools and power equipment to refine parts for a flawless finish.
• Identify and pull out any parts that don’t meet quality specs—your eye for detail is everything!

Physical Demands:

• You’ll be standing and walking a lot, with some stooping, bending, and reaching involved
• Must be able to lift between 15-40 lbs
• Ability to wear protective gear and work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and moving parts
