️What You’ll Do as a Rotational Molding Crew Member a.k.a. Ninja (starting at $17.50/hr): ️
You’ll operate our rotational molding machines under the guidance of our awesome leadership team to create high-quality plastic parts that meet our standards. Some of your daily tasks will include:
- Running and maintaining molding machines to include material filling, deburring, molding, and all bench operations
- Checking parts for quality and making sure they meet our high standards
- Performing regular machine maintenance (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
Physical Demands:
- You’ll be standing and walking a lot, with some stooping, bending, and reaching involved
- Must be able to lift between 15-40 lbs
- Ability to wear protective gear and work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and moving parts
