What are the responsibilities and job description for the Daycare Teacher position at Red Lion Daycare?
Red Lion Christian Academy Daycare is seeking lead teachers for our main campus on Red Lion Rd. in Bear, DE. Candidates must have a love and enthusiasm for teaching, and feel a calling to Christian school education as well as early childhood experience. This includes experience in lesson planning, classroom management, and a profound awareness of the needs of our youngest learners. The ideal candidate will be an educator with a nurturing spirit and a Godly heart who is committed to supporting all aspects of growth and development in their classrooms.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with regard to children, their parents, and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational, computer, and communication skills.
- Promotes a classroom environment that is encouraging, safe and conducive to student learning.
- The ability to work as a team.
