What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appointment Coordinator and Dental Receptionist position at Red Lion Dental?
- Qualify and set leads from online marketing for new patient appointments and Invisalign consultations
- Check patients in and out, ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and up-to-date
- Make patient appointments following our scheduling template
- Take payments and manage patient financial transactions
- Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure patients are informed about upcoming appointments through timely reminders
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care
- 2 years of experience in a dental receptionist or lead setting role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (as needed) Willingness to travel occasionally for continuing education and training opportunities
- Experience with online marketing and lead generation
- Knowledge of Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Proficiency in dental software and technology
