Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with accurate information.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for staff members.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all materials are stocked.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and typing documents.
- Provide support to other office staff as needed, acting as a personal assistant when required.
- Handle customer service inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information while managing client records.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
