Position Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Server to join our team at Loso Bistro. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. You will interact with guests to take orders, recommend menu items, serve food and drinks, and maintain a clean and organized work area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for great service, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and explain specials or new menu items.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate orders with the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and offer additional items.
- Handle payments, process transactions, and return change or credit cards.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the dining area and keep service stations organized.
- Assist with clearing and resetting tables after guests depart.
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and food handling policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Provide outstanding customer service, handle guest complaints professionally, and resolve issues when necessary.

Qualifications:
