What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Server position at Red Lion Pocatello?
A Banquet Server works as a member of the wait staff for food catering events and banquets. Duties include setting patron tables and buffet areas for service. During service, a Banquet Server accommodates all guests and is responsible for replenishing buffet food, refilling beverages, removing dirty dishes from tables and assist in additional tasks to help facilitate a smooth and efficient service.
Job requires some physical lifting and standing for periods of time. Setting up and tearing down tables and chairs for events.
Need to have open schedule due to events can run all times through out the day and are not always consistent. Schedule changes weekly to accommodate events. Hours are not always guaranteed week by week.
