Job Summary: As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will be a key part of our front-of-house team, ensuring an excellent dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests with a smile and setting up the station for the shift.
- Ensuring silverware and condiments are on the table and refilling drinks as needed.
- Running hot food to guests when ready and providing guest support for Servers as needed.
- Following all food safety and cleanliness standards, including clearing dishes from tables, resetting tables, and cleaning seats and floors.
- Communicating table readiness to the team.
- Breaking down items in the dish area.
