This role plays a critical part in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. As a skilled Restaurant Associate/Server Assistant, you will be responsible for setting up stations, maintaining table cleanliness, and supporting Servers during their shifts.
Main Accountabilities
- Develop strong relationships with guests and Servers alike, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service.
- Ensure tables are properly set up, maintained, and reset throughout the shift.
- Provide timely support to Servers, including refilling drinks, pre-busing tables, and running hot food to guests.
- Adhere to all food safety and cleanliness protocols to maintain a safe and healthy dining environment.
- Collaborate with the Server team to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent guest satisfaction.
