What are the responsibilities and job description for the Make Ready Technician position at Red McCombs Ford?
We are currently in search of skilled Make Ready Technicians to add to our team. As a Collision Make Ready Tech, you will be responsible for restoring repaired vehicles to their pre-accident condition.
Responsibilities :
- sanding and buffing defects out of freshly painted vehicles
- washing and cleaning interior of repaired vehicles
- effectively communicating with management any unrepairable defects or warning lights
- remove overspray and install decals and moldings
- ensuring all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner
