- We are looking for a Full-time BDC Representative for our sales department who will be responsible for successfully following up with customers after their vehicle inquiries, handling inbound phone calls and scheduling sales appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer.
- Answer incoming calls
- Answer customer online inquires by email, phone, and text
- Follow up & reschedule no show appointments
- Follow up with customers to ensure their visit was to satisfaction
- Work with our sales department to ensure customers' needs are being met.
- Reach sales and appointment goals

Requirements:
