Job Title : Float (Busser / Barback / Food Runner / Host)
Position Overview :
The Float position is a versatile role designed to support the seamless operation of the restaurant by performing a variety of tasks across multiple areas. This team member plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring that the dining area, bar, and overall atmosphere remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities :
- Food Running :
Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to guests using order tickets.
Assemble and verify takeout orders for accuracy and completeness.
Pre-bus tables by clearing used plateware, glassware, and utensils as needed.
Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ensure the bar is fully stocked with ice, fruit garnishes, liquor, glassware, and other supplies.
Polish silverware, glassware, and plateware to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
