Summary:
Performs General Maintenance on Facility and Grounds in indoor/outdoor settings.
Essential Duties:
- Completing Preventive Maintenance (Duties & Check Sheets)
- Plumbing, Painting, Building Repair & Maintenance.
- Maintaining all equipment in working order condition and Function.
- Responsible for repair or alteration of existing structures.
- Responsible for completing all repair work.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to repair Machinery and Grounds Equipment.
- Hand tool Knowledge.
Education and/or Experience:
- One (1) year previous maintenance experience.
- Previous plumbing, electrical and carpentry experience a plus.
- Ability to operate Equipment
- Rooftop work
Physical Requirements:
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs., while performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, knee, crouch or crawl, talk and hear.
While performing the duty of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals and outside weather conditions.
