What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Driver position at Red Mill Manor?
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate individual to join our team as a Part-Time Driver with Red Mill Manor, an Independent Senior Living Community. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting our residents to and from appointments, stores, and other locations, as well as preforming general errands and tasks to support the community.
Part-Time Hours:
- Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Flexible hours based on resident needs
Responsibilities:
- Safely drive residents to and from appointments, stores, and other destinations.
- Assist residents in and out of the vehicle as needed, providing support with a caring and respectful manner.
- Perform general errands and tasks for Red Mill Manor, including picking up supplies and running other community-related errands.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, maintained, and fueled.
- Maintain a punctual and reliable schedule to ensure residents' needs are met in a timely manner.
- Foster a positive and friendly environment through excellent communication and service.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience driving is a plus but not necessary.
- Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect residents’ privacy.
