Job Summary:
This hybrid role is perfect for a people-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting human resources functions and managing front desk operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for employees and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Coordination:
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Support new hire onboarding by preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR compliance documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Assist in benefits administration, payroll support, and other HR-related duties as needed.
Receptionist & Administrative Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area remains clean and organized.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and company events.
- Support various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting, HR support, or receptionist roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
