• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to contribute fresh, creative ideas for campaigns that drive outreach and customer acquisition
• Provide critical administrative and operational support, including data entry, client follow-ups, and appointment scheduling
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and market strategies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
• Assist with planning and coordinating events, product launches, and networking initiatives to enhance brand awareness and foster strong client relationships
• Monitor campaign performance by preparing analysis reports and tracking sales metrics using key performance indicators (KPIs)
