Event Sales Associate Responsibilities :
- Provide customers with accurate and reliable information using given tools and training
- Foster brand recognition through local retail events with Event Sales Associate team members
- Maintain high compliance levels for our clients and personal brand by maintaining high levels of professionalism throughout customer interactions and sale process
- Greet customers and efficiently answer any specific questions they might have pertaining to products and services
- Analyze customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions
- Be at the forefront of customer-facing interactions including but not limited to : acquisition, retention, and increased sales by cultivating an outstanding customer experience
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of all client's products, services, deals or sales promotions to ensure the customer is well informed
