Key Responsibilities:
As a Retail Associate, you’ll play an important role in our store’s success. Your tasks will include:
- Welcoming customers and greeting them warmly to help them find what they need.
- Share information about our products to help customers make choices.
- Answer questions and resolve any issues that come up.
- Use different selling methods to encourage purchases.
- Help customers find the right sizes and products.
- Inform customers about current deals and promotions.
- Keep the sales floor tidy, organized, and well-stocked.
- Make sure items are clearly labeled and priced.
- Monitor merchandise, attach/detach security tags, and report any issues.
- Follow safety guidelines and report any accidents or near misses.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Basic cash register knowledge.
- Basic math skills for quick transactions.
- Willingness to work weekends as needed.
