As a Sales Associate, you will be key in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales. Your primary goal will be to ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression, thereby fostering customer loyalty and repeat business. You'll engage with customers, provide detailed product information, and help them make informed purchasing decisions.

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and engage effectively with our clientele to build rapport and understand their needs.
Create a welcoming and friendly environment to attract and retain both new and existing customers.
Offer detailed and accurate product information, including features, benefits, and uses.
Address customer questions and concerns to build trust and confidence in our products.
Accurately process transactions and handle cash or card payments.
Maintain a clean and organized sales area.
Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals.
Stay updated on product information and promotions.
Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Gather and report customer feedback.

Sales Associate Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have reliable transportation as this is an on-site role in Waco, TX.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills in English.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Enthusiastic about customer service and retail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
