Job Summary :

Our client company specializes in the Electric Utility Equipment Industry, and we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing external sales representatives, and pricing Request for Quotes (RFQs) as needed. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Manage and support external sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Price RFQs and provide accurate and competitive quotes to clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business development
  • strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor 's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques in the electrical utility industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel as required.
